About the event
The Sigma Gamma Rho Youth Symposium is designed to highlight some of the challenges that negatively impact our youth such as drugs, teen violence, abuse, low self-esteem, suicide and teen pregnancy. The purpose of this event is to create a supportive and engaged community, where youth and their families have access to resources through community partners that will be facilitating the workshops. The workshops will help to develop skills to live successfully by focusing on these areas that have long term impacts on both them and their families.
